Return Policies and Procedures

    How to return an item you are not satisfied with 

    Bedbug.com offers high quality products at reasonable prices. All products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Bedbug.com offers a 'no questions asked' 21 day money back guarantee. All returned products must be unopened and include original packaging, manuals, registration cards & accessories. A copy of your receipt must be included with the returned item.

    Please keep in mind that packages can get lost, so be sure to ship your return item to us with some ability to track the delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost when being shipped by the consumer. 

    Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, less any shipping/handling charges. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.


    Returning a package that is defective or broken

    Bedbug.com products are warranted against manufacturer defect for the lifetime of the product. It will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process returns and credits and/or exchanges. Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase less any shipping/handling charges. No additional shipping charges will be billed if the item is exchanged for manufacturers defect.  For all other returns/exchanges/refunds, shipping charges are not refundable.

    Cancellations

    If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, your order will be canceled and you will be credited in full.  If the order has been processed, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges (including promotional outbound shipping) and return shipping.  You may also be charged a re-stocking fee of up to 15%.

    Orders Refused on Delivery

    If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for the full value of the outbound shipping and return shipping plus a 15% restock fee.
