    Lifetime Warranty

    All Bedbug.com products are warranted against manufacturer defect for the lifetime of the product. In the unlikely event that you have a defective product, please return the item to Bedbug.com with original packaging (all care and other attached labels must be intact), along with a copy of your original receipt. Bedbug.com will either replace the product or issue a refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    21 Day 'No Questions Asked" Money Back Guarantee

    If you are not satisfied with your Bedbug.com purchase for any reason, you may return the unused item within 21 days of original purchase date for a full refund. All returned products must be unopened, in original packaging, with all care and other attached labels intact.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Shipping Policy

    Bedbug.com will ship your quality purchase via UPS ground service for the flat rate of $1.99 to anywhere in the contiguous 48 US States. Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days from when the item is shipped. This special rate is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any other US territories, possessions, FPO’s or APO’s. If you require expedited shipping, additional options will be presented to you during the check-out process. We do not currently offer international shipping. 

    Please note: All orders received after 11:00 am Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.

    Tracking a Shipment

    Upon completion of your purchase, you will be sent an email with a confirmation of the purchase as well as a link that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
