David Lisanby of Nick's Pest Management Wins Cruise
It isn’t every day that you get a phone call informing you that you’ve won a luxury cruise, so it’s understandable if David Lisanby was a bit stunned when we made just such a call. You see, David is the Vice President of Operations for Nick's Pest Management (www.nickspest.com) in Madisonville, Kentucky. In fact, he’s been there for 37 years. When David showed up in Las Vegas in late October for PestWorld 2009, he was looking for some new options for his company.
The economy is down all over, so it seemed only logical. When he came across the booth for Bedbug.com, he knew he’d struck gold. He signed up on the spot as a Bedbug.com Authorized Distributor. This simple act also allowed him to enter the drawing for a 4 night Carnival Cruise. A special thanks to NPMA’s new incoming president Kevin Kordek (of A-Active Termite) who graciously came by and pulled the winning business card from our exclusive anti-bed bug laundry bag. That card, of course, was David’s. We suspect he will be taking Grada, his lovely wife of 37 years (just had their anniversary Oct. 19th – congrats – and many more!) Nick’s Pest Control has 23 service vehicles deployed in the Madisonville area, and bed bugs are a real and growing threat there.
